The Impact
A safer climb on the Hilltop — a cherished shortcut made whole again. This is a partial rehab focused on the worst sections of the stairway, not a full top-to-bottom rebuild. On the Hilltop, prioritizing the failing sections first means real safety fixes without waiting to fund the whole staircase at once.
