Proposed

Colwell Street community garden

Colwell St, Uptown · Community garden build-out

The Impact

Fresh food and common ground in Uptown — small, visible, funded by neighbors. The lot sits vacant today; raised beds, a fence, and a water line are what turn it into something neighbors tend instead of pass by. Uptown residents have asked for growing space for years — this converts one specific lot into exactly that.

Scope

Raised beds, fencing, and a water hookup to launch an Uptown community garden on a vacant lot.
