Fifth Avenue Uptown community mural
Fifth Ave, Uptown · Community mural
The Impact
Color and pride on Uptown's main street — a landmark funded by neighbors. Fifth Avenue sees steady foot and bus traffic between Uptown and Downtown, so a mural here gets seen by people who aren't specifically looking for it. For a neighborhood in the middle of a lot of change, it's a marker that says something has been decided by the people who live there.
Scope
A community mural on a prominent Uptown/Bluff wall, with prep and protective sealant.
