The Impact
Light Pittsburgh's most famous view for safe evenings — a small fix with a citywide payoff. Railing-line fixtures specifically light the edge where people actually stand to take in the view, not just the walkway behind them. This is one of the most-visited spots in the city for both residents and tourists, so the safety upgrade reaches far more people than the overlook's size suggests.
Scope
Add accent and safety lighting at a Grandview Avenue overlook, including railing-line fixtures.
