Grant Street downtown street trees
Grant St / Fifth Ave · Street-tree / streetscape greening
The Impact
Shade and green in the heart of downtown — one block, fully funded by neighbors. Trees go into a downtown block dominated by government buildings and concrete, softening one of the least green stretches in the city's core. Even a single planted block changes how a lunch-hour walk past the courthouse and municipal offices actually feels.
Scope
Plant installed street trees with guards along a bare downtown government-district block.
