Highland Park reservoir-loop lighting
Highland Park reservoir loop · Park / pathway lighting
The Impact
Light the loop so the park works dawn to dusk — a small fix felt daily. The reservoir loop is already one of the most popular walking routes in the city — lighting it just extends when people can safely use it. Early and late walkers get the same loop regulars already love, minus the current dark stretches.
Scope
Add path lighting along the popular reservoir walking loop for safe early and late use.
