Larimer Avenue pocket park
Larimer Ave vacant lot · Vacant-lot greening / pocket park
The Impact
Blight becomes a pocket of calm — a green breath of fresh air for the whole block. Grading comes first here, since the lot isn't level enough for a path or seating without it. What's currently an eyesore on the block becomes the kind of spot neighbors actually stop at.
Scope
Turn a vacant lot into a small park: grading, a gravel path, native beds, and seating.
