The Impact
A safe off-leash spot for Carrick — built by the community, no city dollars. Carrick doesn't currently have a dedicated off-leash space, even though nearby neighborhoods do — this closes that specific gap. A few benches mean owners can actually sit and watch instead of standing at the fence line the whole visit.
Scope
A small fenced dog run at Phillips Park — perimeter fence, double gate, and a few benches.
