Rhine Street steps repair
Rhine St hillside steps · City-steps revitalization (partial)
The Impact
A safe climb between streets again — a Pittsburgh shortcut restored. Spring Hill's steep grade means residents genuinely rely on this stairway to get between streets, not just as a shortcut. New rails and lighting turn a route people already use daily into one they can use without worrying about a fall.
Scope
Handrail replacement, tread spot-repair, and lighting on a Spring Hill hillside stairway.
