The Impact
Turn grey underpasses into a welcoming gallery on the trail everyone shares. Rather than one wall, this funds a coordinated series across several underpasses trail users already pass through on runs, rides, and commutes. It turns a handful of dim, forgettable tunnels into a connected stretch of public art along the trail everyone shares.
