Schenley Plaza-area path lighting
Schenley Plaza edge · Park / pathway lighting
The Impact
A safer evening walk in the heart of Oakland — funded block by block. The walk between Schenley Plaza and Oakland Avenue is short but currently dark enough that people avoid it after dusk. Lighting one connector segment reopens a route students and staff already prefer, just not after dark.
Scope
Add pedestrian-scale path lighting on a dim walk between Schenley Plaza and Oakland Ave.
