Spring Hill overlook greening
Spring Hill overlook · Vacant-lot greening / pocket park
The Impact
A small green perch with a city view — funded only when the block pitches in. This spot already has the view; what it lacks is anywhere to actually sit and take it in. Seating and a short path turn a passed-by overlook into a destination worth the walk.
Scope
Green a Spring Hill overlook with native plantings, seating, and a short path.
