Wilkins Avenue street trees
Wilkins Ave · Street-tree / streetscape greening
The Impact
A greener, cooler residential street — one block, fully funded. New trees fill a bare stretch of Wilkins Avenue that's had guards-and-grass potential for years but never the funding. A shaded residential block is a small thing until you're the one walking a stroller down it in August.
Scope
Plant installed street trees with guards along a bare Squirrel Hill North stretch.
